The Board of Directors consists of five annually elected members charged with managing Association finances, holding public meetings and elections, keeping meeting minutes, approving amendments, and adopting resolutions.
Fortunate to have lived in PVE for 36 years and raise two sons here, Christine answered the call to serve the community and friends that she and her family are grateful to call home. With her executive background in finance, consulting, and operations, Christine brings a dedicated sense of purpose and urgency to her work on behalf of all Homes Association members. Open to all challenges, her immediate focus includes protecting our enviable, bucolic single-family residential neighborhoods, fiscal management, and enhanced communications.
Stephen O’Neil, a third generation Californian, grew up in Palos Verdes Estates, attended Valmonte, Malaga Cove and Dapplegrey elementary schools, and was in the first graduating class of Palos Verdes High School. After graduating from USC with a degree in business administration, Steve pursued a long career in finance and money management. Steve’s many accomplishments include Security Traders Association, Chairman of the Board 2000, National Association of Investment Professionals, Secretary of the Board of Directors, and Security Traders Association of Los Angeles President 1990.
Always remembering what a special place Palos Verdes is, he located his family first in Rancho Palos Verdes, then 38 years ago moved back to PVE and has been here ever since. Steve realizes that what sets PVE apart as such an exceptional and unique city, is in good part due to the careful citywide planning set in place at its founding almost 100 years age. It is this attention and deliberate city planning that Steve hopes to help maintain as a PVHA Director.
Mahmoud Farzaneh has been a resident of PVE since 2021. He is a father of two young children and raising them in a great neighborhood was part of the reason he and his wife moved to PVE.
He is a structural engineer and has practiced engineering in Southern California for about two decades. His focus has been on large commercial and residential projects as well as renovation of historic buildings. He has worked with many renowned architects throughout the region and he manages a group of 20 engineers and drafters.
He is delighted to be part of the board of directors of Palos Verdes Homes Association and be working with the board members.
Cedars Sinai and served on the board of directors for several chambers of commerce including Simi Valley, Calabasas, and Redondo Beach. Some of Keith’s achievements include earning the Eagle Scout rank, obtaining the Series 7 General Securities Representative designation and reaching a black belt rank in jiu jitsu where he helps teach young children self-defense. Keith plans to use decades of experience in asset management and property management to uphold the policies and regulations that make Palos Verdes such an unequalled and cherished place to live. Keith understands the comprehensive and careful planning involved in the original vision of Palos Verdes has sustained the peninsula’s majesty for the last century. Keith offers his mindfulness and attention to detail for future years of protecting the high standards and aesthetics of Palos Verdes. Additionally, He plans to help facilitate efforts to improve office systems and operations in order to productively streamline work flows and ensure each project receives the attention and dedication deserved.
