Download, complete and submit the appropriate application to begin the process of making improvements to a residence or property.

Please note:

• Your signature is required on all applications. Please read the instructions carefully and provide all documentation requested. An incomplete application will not be processed and may cause unnecessary delays.

• The Art Jury meets bi-weekly to review minor projects. Applications should be submitted by noon of the preceding Monday.

• Full Art Jury meets bi-weekly for major projects on Mondays, please check the calendar for dates. Applications should be submitted by the preceding Thursday and should include paper copies and electronic files
